Privacy policy

• Account details: your name, email address and mobile number. If you sign up with email, your password is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
• Website content: the text, photos, logos, prices, contact details and settings you add to the websites you build.
• Messages: messages visitors send through your website’s contact form, and messages you send us through our Contact us page.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount and a payment reference. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: a login cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security.

• To create your account, keep you logged in and let only you edit your websites.
• To publish your website and show its content to visitors.
• To process your payment and pre-fill your details in the Razorpay payment window.
• To reply to your questions and send important service messages.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run SiteBuild:

• Razorpay — to process payments.
• Google — only if you choose Google sign-in.
• Hosting and file-storage providers — to store your account, websites and photos.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our users and service.

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. If you tick “Remember me”, it lasts 30 days; otherwise it ends when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

We keep your account and websites while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information and websites within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

You can view and edit your websites at any time. To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent, email us at alltheway675@gmail.com. We handle requests in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls so that only you can edit your sites. No online service is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

SiteBuild is not meant for children under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
