Return & refund policy

The one-time ₹3,000 payment to publish a website is final and non-refundable. Because your website goes live immediately after payment, it is a digital service delivered at once, and we cannot accept returns or cancellations for a change of mind.

We will help if something went wrong on our side:

• Charged twice for the same website — we refund the extra payment.
• Payment taken but the site did not go live — we activate your site, or refund you if we can’t.

Email alltheway675@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.

You can make your website private again at any time from its test page, and go live again later at no extra cost. Making a site private or deleting your account does not lead to a refund.

As we provide only a digital service, there is nothing to return.
