SiteBuild lets you build a website by answering a few questions, edit it, test it privately and then publish (“go live”) it at a link on the SiteBuild address, for example /s/your-name.

You must be at least 18 years old and give correct details, including a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

• Building, editing and testing a website is free. Publishing a website requires a one-time payment of ₹3,000 per website (price shown at checkout, in Indian Rupees).
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A site goes live once the payment is confirmed.
• After paying, you can make the site private and live again, and keep editing it, at no extra cost.
• Refunds are covered by our Return & refund policy.

You own the content you add. You give us permission to store, display and publish it so your website works. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including photos and logos.

You must not publish content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, violates someone else’s rights, or is used for fraud, spam or scams. We may hide or remove such content and suspend the account.

Link names are first come, first served and must follow our naming rules. If you change a link name, the old link stops working. We may change a link name that is misleading or infringes someone else’s rights.

We work to keep SiteBuild available, but we can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

You can stop using SiteBuild at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

SiteBuild is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the website concerned. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the courts of India.
